My name is Dr. Jeannine Schreiter. I was born in Berlin on International Women’s Day in 1985, I am a proud mother of two and a passionate surgeon. My journey began in Belgium, where I spent my early childhood in Brussels and grew up speaking French. At the age of ten, I returned to Berlin and later pursued my medical degree at the renowned Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. During my studies, I gained valuable international experience through extended clinical internships in Taiwan, London, Spain, and Finland – shaping both my medical skills and global perspective.

I have been working in plastic surgery for over 14 years – eight of those as a board-certified specialist. My training began in 2011 at the HELIOS Clinics in Schwerin, where I gained extensive experience in breast surgery at a plastic surgery-led breast center. I then worked at the University Hospital in Leipzig until 2020, where my focus was on complex reconstructive procedures. This time deepened my understanding of wound healing, tissue behavior, and skin quality. From 2021 to 2024, I practiced exclusively aesthetic surgery at the Klinik am Rosental. It was there that I found my true calling: supporting women on their journey toward greater confidence and satisfaction with their appearance and themselves.

Since November 2024, I have been running my own practice – JE SUIS: Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in Leipzig. JE SUIS stands for self-determination, natural beauty, and aesthetic surgery at the highest level – a place where it’s all about you.

“Je suis” – French for “I am” – stands for you, my patient: a self-determined woman who chooses to follow her own wishes. It also reflects a sense of well-being in one’s own body – and, at the same time, expresses my own identity: my strength, my knowledge, and my passion, which I share with you to support and empower you.
